Exchange and return
The company returns and exchanges goods of proper quality in accordance with the Law “On Consumer Protection”.
Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days after the buyer receives the goods.
Return delivery of goods:
Return delivery of goods of proper quality is carried out at the buyer's expense. However, if the goods have already been picked up and the buyer wishes to exchange them, he can use the “easy return” service from the carrier Nova Poshta - in this case, return delivery will be free of charge. If the buyer refused the goods directly at the post office, the return and exchange are carried out at the buyer's expense, or, if a prepayment was made, its amount covers the cost of delivery.
Return conditions for goods of proper quality:
According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Rights Protection” the buyer has the right:
1. Exchange the goods of proper quality;
2. Return the goods of proper quality;
3. Return or exchange the goods of improper quality.
Which goods are subject to exchange:
1. Goods that have a receipt;
2. Goods in the original packaging with preserved tags and labels, which have not been used;
3. Goods, after the purchase of which less than 14 days have passed.
Procedure for returning and exchanging goods of proper quality:
1. Notify of the intention to return the paid goods;
2. Send the declaration number of the sent parcel and the bank card number for a refund;
3. After receiving the goods within three business days, we will refund you or make an exchange.

Refund is made after receiving the goods – to the card - within 3 days from the moment of receipt of the parcel by the seller.
In accordance with the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the company may refuse to exchange and return goods of proper quality if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of proper quality that are not subject to return and exchange.
Warranty conditions in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the warranty conditions regulate the rights and obligations of buyers and sellers. The main aspects of the warranty conditions:
1. Warranty period. The warranty service period is 60 days. During the warranty period, the consumer has the right to free elimination of defects or replacement of the goods.
2. Consumer rights in case of defects. If defects are discovered during the warranty period, the consumer has the right to:
• free repair of the product;
• replacement with a similar product of proper quality;
• appropriate price reduction;
• refund.
3. Warranty after repair. After warranty repair of the product, an additional warranty period of 60 days is provided for the replaced parts or performed work.
4. Cases when the warranty is not valid. The warranty does not apply to products if their defects arose due to violation of operating rules, mechanical damage, improper storage, intervention by third parties or use of the product for purposes other than its intended purpose.
5. Return of goods of proper quality. The consumer has the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that it has not been used, its presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels and invoice document have been preserved.
6. Costs of returning goods. If defects in the goods were discovered during the warranty period, the costs of delivering the goods to the seller and back are borne by the seller.
Compliance with the warranty terms protects the rights of consumers and ensures the possibility of receiving quality goods or services. This allows buyers to apply for free repair or replacement of goods in the event of defects.
